With no local establishments, Brandon is not considered a walkable community. The MARTA stations are located at the intersection of Howell Mill Road and Wesley Road. Passengers can get on Bus Route 12, which runs north and south all the way to Midtown. Passengers can get off at Cumberland Mall or The District at Howell Mill for additional shopping and dining options.
In addition to beautiful homes in Brandon, there are also several famous Buckhead landmarks that residents can explore and get involved in. These include:

Properties in Brandon hold their value due to the area’s low crime rates. When compared to other Atlanta neighborhoods, Brandon had much lower property and personal crime ratings. The neighborhood achieves extremely high safety ratings and most residents report feeling safe in the community both during the day and at night.
The public and private schools in Brandon are some of the best in Georgia state. Children living in Brandon properties are zoned to attend the following public schools:

These public schools have higher than average ratings but many parents opt to enroll children in nearby private schools instead. The closest private schools in the area include Christ the King School, The Westminster School and Pace Academy.
